art through mindfulness

The act of mindfulness is found in various aspects of Indian culture. In this class we will draw inspirations from these cultural nuances and indulge in creative action. We will be using very simple materials to express ourselves. No prior experience in art is required.

You can attend a single session or attend multiple sessions. We will explore a different theme every week. There are 3 sessions to choose from. Please book the session 24hrs before the class date. We will require a minimum of 2 adults enrolled to start a session. Currently, all classes are online.

Ages: 25+ yrs

Duration: 60 mins

Wed & Fri (Online)

Session 1: 1:00 - 2:00 PM EDT

Session 2: 4:30 - 5:30 PM EDT

Session 3: 9:00 - 10:00 PM EDT

Capacity: 15 adults per session

$30/class (introductory price)

Book/Inquire

What I liked best about the class is learning about the history/process background and taking the big step of creating art and then destroying it. I especially enjoyed the instructor and how she included participants in the process (most online events are just watching vs actively participating).
